Eurocontrol - Acquisition Completion

Further to our announcement dated 7th January 2008, we are delighted to advise that on March 13th 2008, the acquisition of Eurocontrol by Alex Stewart BV was completed.

With effect from Monday 17 March, the management and staff of Eurocontrol will operate from Alex Stewart BV's premises in Rotterdam. We are pleased to welcome Ron Nijman and his team to the Alex Stewart Group.
